Over Sensitive Volume Control,

Whilst this radio is a good little radio for the price, and performs the basics admirably, I was disappointed with the volume control. At low volume levels it seems almost impossible to set an appropriate volume level, and even when you think you have found the volume level you are looking for, just removing your finger from the dial will cause the volume level to increase a lot. Not what you need when trying not to disturb others! The problem seems to be any degree of fine control or appropriate gearing on the volume control. If only it had the precision of the tuning dial, this would be a great little radio. If you use this radio without an ear piece, and in situations where you need low volume levels. I would avoid.
